1. Data Collection

We believe in data minimization. We only collect the information necessary to provide the Solace experience. This includes your email address for account management and anonymous telemetry to ensure the app is running smoothly. We do not link your identity to the specific content of your reflections.

2. Voice & Audio Processing

Solace is a voice-native experience. Your audio is processed using speech-to-text (Whisper) and speech-generation (Sesame) technologies. We prioritize local-first processing. Unless explicitly stated for specific features, your raw audio files are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently on our servers.

3. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell your data. To provide the service, we work with specific technical partners. These partners are strictly sub-processors and are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

4. The Training Disclosure

To improve the empathy, accuracy, and real-time responsiveness of Solace, Rapoc Labs may use de-identified versions of user interactions to train and fine-tune our proprietary neural networks. This processing is conducted under the legal basis of Legitimate Interest to improve our service, or through Explicit Consent where sensitive emotional data is involved.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You own your data. You may request a full export of your conversation history or the permanent deletion of your account at any time. Deleted data is wiped from our active databases within 30 days.
